One of the quotes I requested was from Scott Ayres, State Farm agent. He was very personable and helped me understand why auto rates were increasing for most companies and offered valuable advice on how to reduce my insurance costs. He never tried to convince me to switch to State Farm, which I really appreciated. I pondered the information he gave me for a few days before requesting an actual quote.
